Why Vitamin A’: Vitamin A is the chief administrator of the skin, responsible for managing day-to-day activities. Without it, the skin's ability to repair damage and renew cells is affected and this deficiency can contribute to the telltale signs of ageing, such as wrinkles, lines and dry skin. Vitamin A is extremely sensitive to ultra violet light, however, and this sensitivity results in Vitamin A stores being lost when skin is exposed to sunlight. Re-introducing it back into the skin helps the body repair sun-damage and scarring and maintains the health of collagen and elastin. Alpha A 1%: This powerful night-time elixir is a potent skin tissue strengthener, which has the ability to amend and normalise the skin. Ideal for skin thats been badly damaged or prematurely aged by over-exposure to the sun, as it encourages cell turnover and collagen production to speed up skin regeneration. With consistent use, Alpha A 1% has a noticeable firming action, forms an effective barrier against climactic conditions, speeds up cell renewal to plump up the skin, minimises fine lines and wrinkles and helps to normalise sebaceous secretions. Suitable for: Dry skin. Combination skin. Pigmented skin. Wrinkled skin. Oily/acne prone skin. Skin pre-conditioned to using Vitamin A after a course of treatment with Alpha 0.5%. To use:For night-time use only. Dispense a few drops into the palms of the hands and perform a gentle pressing motion onto face, neck and dcollet. Avoid lips and eyes by spreading serum away from these areas. Allow to absorb into the skin (4-5 minutes) before applying preferred night-time moisturiser. Important Information - The application of a sunscreen is crucial when using high potency vitamin serums. Whilst the application of Vitamin A is generally regarded as safe, given the body s capacity to store this vitamin, we highly recommend that customers do not use this product when pregnant.
